The Story… Then
With a career spanning over two decades, Maurice “Momo” Mobétie is a driven entrepreneur whose vision, integrity, and work ethic have propelled him to the forefront of global industries.
Born in Switzerland to French parents from Guadeloupe and Italian parents from Naples, Momo grew up fluent in six languages, embodying a rich cultural heritage and a deep appreciation for hard work and honesty. These values, coupled with his unwavering positivity, shaped a career rooted in trust, ambition, and innovation.
Momo’s entrepreneurial journey began in Zurich, where he launched a global event brand, organizing exclusive VIP parties in cities like Milan, Paris, Miami, Los Angeles, New York, St. Tropez, and Ibiza. His natural charisma and business acumen led to the creation of Goodfellaz Entertainment, booking world-renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Andrea Bocelli.
Momo’s success culminated in his ownership of Club Flamingo, an iconic Zurich nightclub. For over a decade, he curated unforgettable experiences for high-profile clients from music, fashion, and sports, generating tens of millions in revenue. Alongside this, Momo expanded his reach with bespoke accommodation and concierge services that cemented his reputation as a global innovator.
Eager for new challenges, Momo sold Club Flamingo at its peak and moved to South Miami Beach, where he became a VIP host at the world-renowned LIV nightclub. Leveraging his expertise, he founded Movida, a company specializing in entertainment and F&B consulting, paving the way for further success.
The Story… Now
Maurice “Momo” Mobétie has once again reinvented himself, proving his adaptability and vision. Relocating to Dubai, he became the exclusive importer and distributor of PodSalt e-cigarettes in Italy, building over 10,000 selling points in 12 months before selling the venture.
Drawing on these experiences, Momo has built a portfolio of successful companies during his time in Dubai. He is the founder of CoinCraft (Bitcoin Mining), Guardia Suisse (Insurance Brokerage), Movida (Entertainment and F&B Consulting), Goodfellaz (Management for Celebrities, Music Artists, and Sports Personalities), and Optimized (Digital Marketing). Additionally, he is a partner in Birds Dubai (Fine Dining) and Airlite Middle East (Environmental Technology).
To further solidify his expertise, Momo is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the prestigious Clermont Business School.
